VK’s HR unit needed a new identity to stand out from competitors and attract talent. Red Collar developed the logo, visual identity and a presentation film. The film’s role was to introduce the new identity and demonstrate how its elements work.

I developed the motion principles for the logo and the other identity elements. I devised the animation for the showcase, icons and dot pattern to reveal the new visual identity through movement.

Max Sobkovsky developed the branding and visual style. Building on that foundation, I planned and produced all the animation presented in this case. For the dot ornament, I drew two states and animated the transition between them. I also developed the logo and icon motion and animated the presentation film. Max generated the music in Suno. The finished film was shown on screens across all floors of VK’s office.
